Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

Once the order has been delivered, you are given a flexibility to return the product(s). All items to be returned must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be damaged or tampered with. You are welcome to try on a product after delivery but please take adequate measures to preserve the original condition of the product.

Los Polistas will accept product return only if the following conditions are met:

  • Return should be initiated within 15 days of order deliver
  • The Customer is required to contact the us via mail ( or call (+91 99099 26563) for return initiation or, raise the request using Get In Touch link in the footer
  • Los Polistas's Customer service team would initiate the return requests on behalf of the customer
  • In the event of return, Los Polistas's Customer service team shall schedule a return pickup to your address, the carrier would arrive to your address as per the scheduled pickup date, collect the return and bring it back to our warehouse for quality check. In case the QC passes in our warehouse, we shall refund you as per the refund policy. In case QC Fails, we will return the product to you
  • In case of a partial return, the whole product line should be returned
Refund Policy

Los Polistas shall refund back the amount collected from you on following grounds:

  • Customer initiated (Order or line cancellation)
  • Los Polistas initiated (Order or line cancellation)
  • Customer Initiated (Order or Line Return) subject to QC clearance
  • Failed Delivery (Customer unavailable, Customer refusal)
  • Lost in Transit

Following are the policies in this regard:

The amount will be refunded back to the original payment tender(s) which was used while you placed the order within 3-4 business days depending on your bank. In case of COD return, the payment shall be refunded in your bank account within a span of 3-4 business days depending on your bank. For this we will require your bank details. If the order is cancelled partial or full (Customer initiated or Los Polistas initiated), lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount. If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Exchange Policy

We offer a replacement within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product/s ordered on, subject to the condition that you must inform us of your intention to return the item to us within 5 days, including weekends and the day of delivery of the product.

Defective/incorrect product replacement:

You should notify us of any defects in the product or of any incorrectly shipped product within 48 hours of receipt of the product.

Please note that we will acknowledge that we shipped the incorrect product(s) to you, or that the products(s) was damaged in transit to you only if you inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s).

As soon as we have received the product, our QC team will check it. If all the above is in order, we will ship you the replacement product with no additional cost to you. You will receive a call or an email when a replacement has been shipped out.

If the product received back by us does not meet the quality requirements above, or any of the below apply, then the product cannot be replaced.

  • Product(s) is damaged due to use or misuse.
  • Product has a manufacturing defect but has been used.
  • Product has been tampered with.
  • There is any kind of cologne or perfume smell on the garment.
  • We replace a product for sizing issues only once

You can seek a replacement for the entire purchase or part(s) of the purchase. Needless to say, we can offer to replace only product(s) purchased on
